Using the SVARA method of learning Talmud, we will read texts through a lens that is feminist, queer-oriented, and focused on the importance of hearing marginalized voices.

This is a multi-level course: All texts will be studied in the original Hebrew/Aramaic, with the tools and support needed to ensure that anyone who can sound out the aleph-bet will be able to read and interpret the text for themselves
