MaTovu Managing Director (full description in link)

MaTovu is looking to hire a full-time Managing Director to support our operations, build out our cooperative structure, and work alongside MaTovu’s growing community to increase our impact. 

This executive-level position will be the first at MaTovu, and the key qualifications are to bring vision, leadership, organization, and energy to our creative and innovative community organization. This is a non-traditional organization and structure, and requires a leader able to understand and work with our MaTovu community as our cooperative leadership model evolves. SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary for MaTovu’s Managing Director is $70,000 per year. This is a full-time position at 40 hours/week. Benefits include a stipend to be determined on personal healthcare needs; paid time off; and flexible hours. This role will require a mix of daytime, evening, and weekend, and will require working on some Jewish holidays to support MaTovu’s programming. The position reports directly to the Board of Directors and is based out of MaTovu’s building in South City, St. Louis (with hybrid flexibility).
